1. SLabs Ltd is not a virtual asset service provider (VASP) and does not carry out (or hold itself out as carrying out) any Virtual Asset Activity “by way of business,” including (without limitation):
   • operating or managing a virtual asset platform;
   • exchanging virtual assets for fiat or other virtual assets;
   • providing virtual asset transfer services;
   • safekeeping, custody, or control of virtual assets (including controlling private keys);
   • providing services related to virtual asset wallets; or
   • services relating to offering/trading in virtual tokens.
   We do not receive, hold, custody, control, or transmit any customer virtual assets and we do not execute transactions on behalf of users.
2. Where SLabs Ltd develops or supplies software that may be used by customers in virtual-asset or financial-technology contexts, such software is provided as technology only. Customers are solely responsible for: (i) obtaining any required regulatory licences/approvals, (ii) configuring and operating their services lawfully, and (iii) meeting AML/CFT, consumer, and marketing requirements applicable to their activities.
3. Nothing on this website constitutes:
   • an offer or solicitation to buy, sell, or deal in any virtual asset or financial product;
   • investment, legal, tax, or financial advice; or
   • a recommendation regarding any virtual asset, token, or trading strategy.
